STEEL JET Pathway Program Salary Ranges
Starting: $50K–$85K AND TRANSITIONING NEW AVIATORS INTO PROFESSIONAL PILOTS
The NICHOLAS AIR STEEL JET Pathway Program is a way for new and upcoming aviators to start their careers in the aviation world. This program is designed to take a low time pilot and transition them into a Jet Captain by gaining experience and hours in our Cessna Grand Caravan and Sky Courier Multi-Engine turboprop. Depending on your current qualifications, the Pathway Program is designed to mold and prepare you for a transition to our flight line as a Jet Pilot within 2-4 years.
The program teaches all the fundamentals of the operation, from maintenance, operations, stocking, cleaning and how to prepare for the most exclusive Jet Job in the industry. A pilot position at NICHOLAS AIR is like being handed the keys over to a Ferrari. Our expectations are just higher, which is why the NICHOLAS AIR badge is known as the best air travel experience amongst our 1,000 affluent members. Our pathway program is an innovative way for new aviators to get there foot in the door and transition there way up becoming a professional.
