California Consumer Privacy Act Applicant Notice

Information Collected: The following information may be collected: (1) Name, (2) Email address, (3) Phone number, (4) Social security number, (5) Driver’s license number and state of issuance, (6) Passport number, (7) Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) certificate numbers, (8) Date of birth, (9) Physical and mailing address, (10) Signature, (11) Physical characteristics or description, (12) Education and employment history, (13) Bank account number and other financial information, (14) Insurance information, (15) Age, (16) Marital status, (17) Gender, (18) Sex, (19) Race, (20) Citizenship and/or immigration status, (21) Primary language, (22) Military/veteran status, (23) Medical conditions, (24) Geolocation data, (25) Biometric information, (26) Audio and video information, and (27) Any other information in order to accomplish business purposes and objectives.
