Position Overview

NICHOLAS AIR is seeking a full-time, experienced, and personable professional to join our team and assist in the architecture and continued maintenance of our existing software, portal, and web-based systems. This person must demonstrate the values of hard work, integrity, and technical knowledge, as well as being comfortable working in a dynamic team environment with direct access to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operational software continuity, as well as work with leadership to promote integration across sales, marketing, and operational platforms
  • Work directly with Executive Leadership on time-sensitive and operationally critical projects
  • Oversee application development lifecycles
  • Troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues

Assist the IT Systems Administrator with:

  • The maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
  • Installation and upgrading and troubleshooting computer software, management of virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
  • Regular backup operations and implementation of appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of web application development, software development and/or mobile application development experience
  • Certifications in Microsoft, iOS, Salesforce, or other application development related fields are a plus
  • Ability to build project management framework and adhere to implementation procedures, budgets, and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing application/business solution strategy and plans

Position Overview

NICHOLAS AIR is looking for a search specialist with experience in SEO and SEM. The candidate will be responsible for initiating and managing campaigns focused on increasing our search engine visibility, driving visitors to the website and generating new leads.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives
  • Implement SEO and paid advertising strategies for each brand
  • Research and identify target keywords and implement them within content and paid advertising campaigns
  • Content creation and optimization for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms as required
  • Develop and implement link building strategy including 3rd party outreach, guest blogging, and developing shareable, evergreen content

Position Overview

Assist with aircraft services and upkeep of hangar. Assist Pilots with Air Operations such as load preparations, loading of the plane, and other pre/post flight operation procedures; to perform related work as requested or required.

Position Overview

The aircraft maintenance technician must have experience on 2 of the 5 airframes:

  • PC-12
  • Phenom 100 & 300
  • CJ3
  • Citation Latitude / Sovereign
  • Challenger CL300

Perform inspections as required by the FAA in a FAR 145 environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Fully analyzes all required manuals, blueprints, drawings, and work orders to troubleshoot, repair, and install desired product or part. Detects errors and corrects through proper departmental channels. Plans/schedules items to maintain on-time departures. Inspects all mechanical components prior to installation for proper certs and/or shipping/warehouse damage to ensure serviceability. Accurately estimates hours and materials for scheduled jobs. Works effectively with all departments in recommending productivity improvements. Operates all required ground support equipment.

Work Environment

Position Type & Expected Hours of Work

To work as a member of the MRT MRO team focused on maintenance activities and work scope of customer aircraft. Identify and correct issues for malfunctioning aircraft mechanical components and systems. Perform a variety of diagnostic and mechanical duties on jet and turboprop aircraft and assist with scheduling and coordination for other crew members. Will help coordinate and communicate aircraft issues with the customer to include reviewing the work scope with customers, adding squawks as required, respond to customer inquiries and be responsible for assuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with MRO team. Will help oversee the maintenance of the MRT by ensuring vehicle is properly serviced and roadworthy at all times.

Travel

This position requires up to 80 percent travel, including weekends and holidays, overnight travel is expected. Responsible for AOG events and approvals in the United States. Must have a clean driving record.

Required Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years transport-category jet aircraft-related experience or have demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform all job tasks
  • Extensive knowledge of all aircraft mechanical systems functions and interactions. Thorough working knowledge of all current FAA regulations, IPM and ATA codes.
  • FAR 135 experience a plus
  • Must have an Airframe and Power Plant License (an Inspection Authorization is a plus)
