NICHOLAS AIR 119s are hand selected by the Founder and CEO. These positions are the most coveted positions in the realm of the flight department. Managing the industry’s most elite group of pilots is a humbling experience as you collaborate daily with the best the industry has to offer. This position typically is not direct entry and requires years of internal flight operation duties, affording you the knowledge to adhere and enforce the stringent NICHOLAS AIR standard. The current growth of our footprint and new additions to our program such as the G600 platform, has opened the opportunity to seek external candidates that have prior experience in the 119 field. But more importantly, candidates that have leadership experience and desire to make a difference by creating and adhering to higher standards than others.

Base Salary Ranges
Assistant Director of Operations: $185,000 – $250,000
Assistant Chief Pilot: $150,000 – $250,000

The NICHOLAS AIR fleet is a thing of beauty. Ranging from the Very Light class Phenom 100 to the Super Midsize Challenger 350 and the new addition of the Heavy Jet Gulfstream G600, our fleet covers the full spectrum of private jet aircraft. Additionally, with an average age fleet of only 5 years, our pilots are secure in the knowledge that they are operating the best, most efficient, and more importantly, safest aircraft in the industry.
