Like an oak tree, it is slow to grow but has deep roots that can weather any economic storm. The company remains 100% privately owned by the Founder/CEO and has never taken private equity. Our focus is on our Members, not making the numbers look good for shareholders. This approach has allowed us to focus on our Member’s needs and the quality of our service, without the distractions of outside influence. The on-board experience that our Members experience is one that is borne out of the “Member First” culture that extends from our corporate headquarters to the flight line. Our crews are not only dedicated, professional pilots, but they are also an extension of the company’s credo to provide individualized personal service to our Members. No two Members are alike, and our crews take note of this and work together with our service teams to ensure that every detail is covered.

With a variety of programs and aircraft types, there is no “one size fits all” mentality so our Members can work with their Personal Travel Representative, our Account Management Team, and our Member Acquisition Team to select the program that works best for them. As a company, NICHOLAS AIR’s size means that we are large enough to cover all our Members’ needs yet sized perfectly to make sure we can adapt to the desires our Members or prospective Members have in a private aviation partner.

NICHOLAS AIR pilots are just that, pilots we are privileged to have flying solely for us. The motto “Our Planes, Our Pilots” is the driving force behind selecting the highest qualified pilots who share our focus on providing an exceptional experience of comfort, enjoyment, and most importantly, safety for our Members on every flight. NICHOLAS AIR operates the industry's newest fleet with an average aircraft age under 5 years. Each pilot is assigned and dedicated to a specific aircraft type to ensure the crew’s cockpit awareness and knowledge of the aircraft.
