Efficient Use of Capital

With NicholasAir Share fractional aircraft ownership you gain all the convenience, access and time saving advantages of owning a whole aircraft but at
a fraction of the cost without any of the management responsibilities. As a fractional aircraft owner, you actually purchase an interest in a specific, serial numbered aircraft.
The size of interest is directly proportional to the number of hours you typically fly in a year.


Predictable and Budget Friendly Ownership Programs

Your costs are guaranteed and predictable for the entire term of your contract which is typically five years. There is no mandatory sell-back at the end of the initial term unless the aircraft is due to be retired from the fleet.  Should you ever decide you need to leave the program after your minimum 2-year commitment, you may sell your interest to a third party or we will repurchase your interest at fair market value less a modest remarketing fee. The PC-12 has the highest resale value retention of any aircraft currently used in any fractional program.


Worry Free Lease Program

Leasing enables business and individual’s access to an aircraft but without purchasing into an expensive asset that may deplete a company’s working capital. The lease is usually for a three year term which at the end of the term you are simply free to go or may renegotiate for a second term. After the first year of the contract lease term, if for any reason you need to opt-out you may negotiate do so with advanced notice and a reasonable early cancelation fee. While we do not guarantee a complete withdraw from your contract, we will reduce your lease obligation and in most cases will transfer your remaining lease to a new lessee. Leasing reduces your financial obligation, should your business or plans not workout as expected .
